The Rookie Recruits’ ‘Zero to Hero’ Coaching and Mentoring program is designed to help you get the most out of your Career Starter. The first twelve months in a new role can be an incredible, transitional period for a Rookie. Often emotional, and sometimes an overwhelming experience, it is vital that your Rookie is supported both emotionally and professionally in their new role, ensuring they stay focused on the career path you offer.

This becomes increasingly important with Gen Y and Z’s entry into the workforce. As an employer, you get one shot to show your top talent that the role and the company will provide a good value proposition for their future, ensuring they stick around. In this candidate market, high performers have options. By participating in the coaching program, Rookies are supported to focus their energy and maintain momentum in their roles, always being challenged to improve results and add value back to the organisation quicker.

In a dynamic role, where the Rookie is constantly learning new skills, evolving, and taking on greater responsibility, the Coach provides much needed stability. Knowing the session is completely confidential, and conducted by an external third party, the Coach is a trusted and experienced sounding board to discuss both challenges and opportunities.
