The Rookies

The candidates that we send you will have between zero and three years of experience and absolutely awesome attitudes. These candidates will not be looking for ‘just a job,’ and they aren’t going to be happy with something easy. The candidates that we send you are Career Starters. This means that they are focused, determined, and willing to put in the effort to be successful in their new positions.

We use a behavioural profiling tool to help us understand each candidate’s natural talent to ensure that we align him or her with a position he or she is naturally suited to excel in.

We believe that if candidates end up in positions that they are not naturally suited to, they will end up working very hard to be average, leading to frustration and disappointment. You will find that by our aligning each candidate’s natural talents to the position they are best suited for, they are destined for success.
